There are superb views to Derwentwater, Walla Cragg and Grisedale Pike from our rooms, with many Wainwrights’ easily accessible from our front door. Do You Have Parking?
We have parking available in our car park at the rear of the property.
There is also free and unrestricted parking available on the road at the front of the house.
Is There WiFi Available?
We provide free WiFi high speed internet for all our guests throughout the house.
The access information is available in every bedroom.
Do You Accept Dogs?
No, we do not accept dogs or any other pets unless they are support animals.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
At the time of booking a non refundable deposit is taken. If you book direct with us the deposit is 10%, or 50% if you have booked through an online travel agent (such as booking.com)
If you need to cancel your booking more than 7 days prior to your arrival, there are no further charges made. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date then the balance of your booking becomes due. If we are able to re-let the room then this balance will be returned to you.
Is Breakfast Included in The Price?
A complimentary breakfast is provided to all our guests.
We have a large choice of meals you can choose from and we cater for vegans, vegetarians and coeliacs.
What Time is Check-In / Check-Out?
Our check-in times are from 4pm until 7pm.
We ask guests to check-out by 10am to enable us to thoroughly clean and make up the room for the next guest coming into your room.
